We had such an amazing time here for our anniversary. It was so cozy and beautiful. The staff made us feel at home and the couples massage was amazing. Breakfast was delicious each morning. The beach had incredible views and fun shells. We will definitely be back.

When we first booked I saw the reviews after and they honestly terrified me…. Luckily, once we finally got there it was a very pleasant surprise! It’s quiet, serene and the views are beautiful. My husband and I actually liked feeling completely alone so the lack of seeing staff wasn’t an issue. Yes, it’s old and dated in some spots but that adds to the charm. If you’re not into that I’d suggest going elsewhere. We thought it was wonderful and will definitely be returning. Our room was a larger top floor unit and had a working jetted bathtub. We had a sliding glass door to the main deck so It was nice to watch the sunset then easily walk back to our room. If you want to escape, not be bothered and just enjoy yourself chaos free. This is the place.

The Camano Island Inn was a fantastic place for my family to enjoy a family vacation together in August 2025. You don't often have the opportunity to travel together and stay in a place that accomodates a family of 15 with private rooms and bathrooms. Our whole family loved our stay at the Camano Island Inn. My wife and I organized our stay at the Camano Island Inn to share our time with our sons families and their children, enjoy the beautiful views from our bedroom windows looking at the water, enjoying the water views from the large deck upstairs, and deck downstairs and using the two living rooms for playing games. The large dining table was perfect for our 15 family members to eat together, and to share hobbies. We even were able to walk down to the water and walk the coast while also planning evenings using the fire pits to cook smoors for the whole family to enjoy roasting the chocolate and marshmallows. The inn Manager Celin was great to work with as we planned our family trip. My wife hired a professional chef for one evening for cooking dinner for our whole family to help me celebrate a big birthday with all our children and grandchildren. It was a wonderful evening. Celin was fantastic at making sure we had all the supplies we needed for our special dinner, and Charleen provided daily support with room laundry, accomodations, and getting paper supplies for us as we needed it. She was extremely thoughtful and ensured that the Inn was very clean. She also went out of her way to let my son use some of her baby toys for our 2 year old grandson. Charleen was very thoughtful. Celin was nice enough to get a blender for us to use for family smoothies. Celin provided us with information on local stores, restaurants, shopping and things to enjoy locally. The inn was fantastic. We would definitely recommend that anyone looking to plan and enjoy a family vacation consider renting the Camano Island Inn. This is a fantastic place to share time with you

This is a wonderful place to unplug, relax and recharge! We spent hours playing games and reading upstairs overlooking the water and very much enjoyed the quiet ambience. We brought our own breakfast items and used the common refrigerator with no issues. The staff was quick to respond to every question and request, and we appreciated the water bottles, snack items, and coffee maker. Highly recommended!!

I was pleasantly surprised when I showed up to room 1 at the Camano Island inn! Beautiful view of the water, I made it just in time to watch the sunset while drinking tea provided by the front entry way. The spa tub was HUGE and so delightful. You could have a party in there. At first I was nervous when I didn’t see a refrigerator, but then I realized there is a large, beautifully updated shared kitchen available for use, so I was able to keep my food in the giant clean refrigerator, and prepare my meals in there! I seemed to be the only one there at the time so that was nice. I am just obsessed with how charming it is from the moment you pull into the drive! Beautiful attention to detail in the displays in the common rooms and a vintagey vibe but doesn’t feel out dated. Be try clean. It feels like HOME. Definitely will be returning next time I’m in town. - also I will add that the text from the front desk with codes and all pertinent information before arrival was very appreciated. I was able to see myself in quietly and explore. Very friendly staff. Thanks again.

Do Not Listen To The Negative Reviews! This place is a PERFECT representation of the chill, relaxing vibe of Camano Island. As long as you aren't expecting "luxury and first class service" and understand that it's run more like an AirBnB than a hotel, you'll be enchanted by it's charms and amazing waterfront location. The rooms are comfortable and you'll have everything you need at your fingertips. The manager met our group who stayed there and was more than accommodating. It's the perfect place to sit back and relax and enjoy the Camano Island way of life. If you want luxury, Camano Island isn't for you.

I am going to repeat a review I read: DO NOT LISTEN TO NEGATIVE REVIEWS. It is from people that expected luxury and first class service. Think instead of an European experience: large and beautifully presented common rooms, a shared balcony view that is paradise - a perfect place to watch sunsets or sunrise overlooking the bay - the reflections in the water will stun you. The furniture is antique and the attention to detail is outstanding. We took Room 7 - large, perfectly furnished, and a comfortable sofa looking out over a wall at a second story view of the bay. Staff very friendly and check in meticulous - but efficient. We stayed 2 days - not only lodging but a romantic place, a place to chill: worth its while to take the larger room. Remote, but accessible. Cama Beach Cafe and State Park are laid back (like Camano Island) but the forested-ocean views are breathtaking. People call it the magic island - and it is. Worried about restaurants? Good ones nearby. This is a great place for that getaway: we plan on coming back.
